If you have an emergency during normal hours please call (920) 894-3414 as soon as possible to accommodate your emergency. Try to remain calm and provide as much information as you can so that we can assist you and your pet better.
If your emergency is after hours please call (920) 894-3414 and carefully listen to the prompts that apply to your situation, then leave your name, phone number, and type of emergency and we will return your phone call within 30 minutes. Please speak slowly and clearly so we can return your call in a timely fashion.
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
For your convenience, 'Day-Admit' appointments are available. This means you can bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to bring the pet in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the exam is done, we will call you to discuss your pets condition. This discussion may include the preliminary diagnosis, authorization to perform diagnostic tests, the results of tests performed and to give you discharge instructions specific to your pets condition. A Day Admit appointment allows you to drop off your sick pet in the morning so we can examine him as the schedule permits.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.
